Rates

Orders up to 1kg — $9.50
Orders over 1kg — $15.00

Express post up to 1kg - $15.50
Express post over 1kg - $20.50

Free postage on orders over $100 applies to standard Parcel Post. Express Post is available at the rates above.

Dispatch

Orders are posted within 2–3 business days. We post from the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, and Australia Post usually takes a further 2–7 business days depending on where you are.

Express Post

Express Post is available at checkout. Express orders placed before 12pm are posted the next business day.

We post from regional New South Wales, so Express Post is faster than standard post but is not always next-day delivery. Australia Post’s delivery times depend on your location.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delays and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are out of our hands. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at shamellowcreations@gmail.com and we’ll chase it up with you.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can repost it once you’ve covered the postage again.
