Returns and Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, isn’t as described, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to. Nothing below limits those rights.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If something arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email us at shamellowcreations@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

Change of mind. We’re happy to accept unopened, unused items back within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost, and we’ll refund the price of the product once it arrives back with us.

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on soaps, balms or salves that have been opened or used.

If your skin reacts. Stop using the product and get in touch. Everyone’s skin is different, and we’d rather hear from you than have you stuck with something that doesn’t suit you.

We’re a small handmade business — if something’s gone wrong with your order, just email and we’ll sort it out.
