Where are your products made?

Everything is made by hand, in small batches, at home on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Nothing is bought in and relabelled.

How much is postage?

Postage starts at $9.50 Australia-wide for orders up to 1kg, and is $15.00 for heavier orders. Postage is free on orders over $100. Express Post is available at checkout if you need something sooner.

How long will my order take?

Orders are posted within 2-3 business days. Australia Post usually takes a further 2-7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Do you post overseas?

Not at this stage. We post within Australia only.

Is there a deal if I buy a few soaps?

Yes - any 3 soaps for $20. The discount applies itself in the cart, so there's no code to enter. Mix and match whichever scents you like.

Are your products vegan?

The soaps are vegan friendly. The balms and salves contain beeswax, so they aren't - with one exception: the Chest Rub is also made in a vegan version with candelilla wax instead, which you can choose at checkout.

What's in them?

Every product lists its full ingredients on its own page. If you have an allergy or you're sensitive to a particular plant or oil, please read the list before ordering, and get in touch if you're unsure about anything.

I have sensitive skin - what should I do?

Patch test on a small area first, and stop using it if your skin doesn't like it. Everyone's skin is different, and a product that suits one person won't always suit another. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, check with your health professional first.

How do I make my soap last longer?

Keep it out of the water between uses. A draining soap dish makes a real difference, and so does a soap bag hung up to dry. Both are available in the shop.

Can I buy from you in person?

What if something arrives damaged?

Email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Full details are on our refund policy page.

How can I pay?

Card (Visa, Mastercard), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
